I took Pilates mat classes from Vicki Mosse for almost ten years – one of the best things I ever did. After learning the principles of Pilates: how to do the movements, how to breathe and how to use my core muscles, I am more confident with what I am able to do physically and in my ability to function without soreness or injury. I am definitely stronger, more flexible, and know my own body better: bones, muscles, tendons – I learned so much from the mat sessions.
One of the best parts of the class was how Vicki would get right down next to us on the floor to demonstrate exactly how to do the exercises. She always paid very close attention to what and how you were doing. I’ve never had such close, personal attention and teaching.
I regret that Vicki moved away from Portland, her new clients are very lucky!
